How do I submit a support ticket?

Whether you need to submit or update a listing, request IT assistance, or simply need help setting up a meeting, it's easier than ever to request assistance from the staff. 


Simply make your way to the "Service Catalogue" or search in the main bar on the home screen. From there you'll be able to choose the department and item you'd like to request. 


Simply fill out the short form outlining the items you need and hit "Place Request." It's that easy! Filling out a request in the portal will be the fastest way to get assistance and the appropriate team member will be notified and ready to quickly offer support. 





Visit the Support Portal at https://support.bullrealty.com, or email Support@BullRealty.com.


Choose the department from the home page icons; additional departments can be found when you hit Submit a Request. 




  1. Select which item you would like to request, and click Request Now
  2. You can also navigate between departments
  3. You may also search for the item by name in the search bar




  1. From here, please enter all requested information in the form fields. This will help the staff member be able to promptly address your request. 
  2. You can also attach any files that the staff member may need to reference to complete the request such as photos, Excel documents, etc. 
  3. Once you have completed all items, hit Submit
  4. The staff will receive notification of the new request and you will receive a submission receipt
