There is a quick and easy way to check the status of an open ticket rather than looking through your emails and finding the most recent update.
You can easily access this portal by:
- Go to https://support.bullrealty.com
- Select "Tickets" at the top of the screen
- There you can view all of your open tickets and click on a selected one to see the most recent update and respond if needed.
