If you are creating a property for an Agent with a Transaction Coordinator please add them as a collaborator to all listings so he receives notifications when a CA is signed. This will be the setup moving forward for transaction managers or similar folks in similar roles for them to receive notifications like the agents without actually being an agent listed on the property.
