Create New To Market Email in Hubspot

1. Log in to Hubspot with Single Sign On

2. Along the header, click on Marketing > Email


3. Sort by folders or find template on list > hover over name of template > click on the Clone option


4. Make all necessary updates to the design per the attached PDF


5. Make all necessary updates to the Settings tab per the below



6. After email has been approved for sending, pick applicable lists from the Send or Schedule tab


7. You will select two lists of recipients to send to based off the criteria: 

  • List 1: Property Type, For Sale or For Lease, Market, Price Range (sale) or Size Range (lease) (example: N2M Office For Sale (GA, $5-10mm))
  • List 2: Property Type, For Sale or For Lease, All Market, All Price (sale) or Size Range (lease) (example: N2M Office For Sale (all market, all price))
  • *Note that the market criteria is "nested" so that all smaller market preferences are included (example: Southeast States (SES) includes anyone who also signed up for GA and ATL preferences)


8. Send or schedule email as appropriate.
