How to install printer Load Settings for the external printers?

Load Settings are a convenient shortcut to easily access printer settings you use everyday. 

Installing a setting is easy if you have a setting that is ready for use. 

1. Open any document and navigate to the Print option.
2. Change the printer to either the External Studio or External Workstation
3. Click on Printer Properties to open a new dialogue window

Choose Manage Settings in the new window. 

Choose Import in the new window.

Find your settings in the file where you locally saved them, and confirm. 

You'll now be able to use your new printer settings for the External Printers.
