How do I release an email caught in quarantine?

Our IT department works hard to keep our emails and data safe everyday with filtration services. 


However, there may be instances when you're expecting an email in your inbox but never receive it. Luckily, you have the ability to log into our filtration services, and release the email to your inbox. 


Every morning you should be receiving a "Quarantine Digest" from Vircom modusCloud. This is the system that is used to manage our email security systems. 


  • Find one of the Quarantine Digest emails from Vircom modusCloud in your inbox or Click Here
  • Choose Sign in to your account on the upper right-hand side

  • Enter your Bull Realty email address, the select Sign In


  • Choose Sign In with Microsoft



  • Pick your account


  • From here you'll be redirected to the One Login single sign-on process
  • Enter your Bull Realty credentials you use to log into your computer
  • Afterwards, you'll be redirected to the Vircom Email Log, this is where you'll be able to see your inbox history
  • Change your search settings, based on when you expected your email. 
    • If you were expecting your email today, you can change the status to Any and it will show your most-recent emails. 



  • Locate the email you would like to release to your inbox and check its box on the left
  • Drop down the Actions field, and select Release from Quarantine
  • Select Apply
  • Some emails may need to be further approved by IT before release, but we appreciate your understanding to keep our systems as safe as possible.
