Boardroom How-To's

Use PC in room:

• Set TV input to PC HDMI 1 with Sharp TV remote or DirecTV remote
• Username: glboardroom; Password: Atlanta30328
• Plug flash drives or webcam into USB in center cubby of table 
• Keyboard and mouse located on credenza

 Use Computer Devices:

• Change input to Desk HDMI 1 with Sharp TV remote or DirecTV remote
• Plug in Ethernet cable in center cubby for direct internet/network access 
• Flash drives, mouse, cameras, ect use USB cable
• Plug device power cable into outlet in center cubby to charge 

Mirror Device Screen onto TV:

• Plug HDMI cable in center cubby of table into device 
  1. (HDMI to VGA converter in top center drawer if no HDMI input)

Watch DirecTV:

• Change input to Direct TV with Sharp TV remote or DirecTV remote
• Cable box is located under credenza 
  1. Doors need to be opened for remote to operate box
  2. Toggle the switch on top to DirecTV Mode
• Use Guide button to change channels with DirecTV remote

 Watch DVD/Blu-Ray:

• Change input to BD
• Operate with Sony DVD remote
• Blu-Ray player located under credenza (doors need to be opened for remote to operate player)

*Television should remain on a Full Screen version of the Bull Realty Website Homepage;

F11 key will activate or deactivate Full Screen mode.

 

Polycom Instructions

Place External Calls:

1. New call button, then 8 + phone number 

OR

1. 8 + phone number, then Dial button
2. End call button to hang up

 Place Internal Call s:

1. Dial three-digit Extension #, then Dial button
2. End call button to hang up

Transfer Call:

1. Establish either internal or external call
2. Press Trn sfer button, then Extension or 8 + number

 Place a call on Hold

1. Establish call
2. Press red Mute Button (Polycom will blink red when muted)

Conference Call Rooms

1. 2220, then Dial button
2. Enter room number, then #

 Conference Calls on Polycom:

1. Establish first call, then press Confrnc button
2. Establish second call,  then press Confrnc button
3. Establish third call,   t hen  press  Confrnc
4. Press Join button to combine all parties
